Hand in Hand is a nonprofit Senior Center & Thrift Shop in Weare NH that hosts a weekly lunch for seniors (and friends!) and offers programs and services for seniors in Weare and surrounding communities aiming to help them stay active, engaged, and healthy.

We are in the center of Weare, New Hampshire. Come and visit to learn more, meet new people, make friends, socialize and hunt for bargains in our Thrift Shop. We offer programs for seniors to help them keep moving and healthy, along with monthly movies, crafting sessions, and more.
