Hand in Hand is a nonprofit Senior Center & Thrift Shop in Weare NH. We support seniors in Weare and surrounding communities aiming to help them stay active, engaged, and healthy.

We offer programs for seniors to help them keep moving and healthy, along with monthly movies, crafting sessions, and more.

Our Food Pantry
